So if I install on the J1939 I loose my selected and actual gear Indication. My retarder indications are very reactive to my operation and I believe they are correct. If I install with the J1708 I have my gear. Selection and position but my retarder never exceeds 200 degrees the same as the dash indicator and mirrors the Trans temperature dash and Bluefire which I do not believe to be my actual retarder temperature say on a long decent.
1. Is my retarder temperature recorded from the same sensor or is it different between the two 9-Pin J1939/J1708?
2. am I doing. Something wrong with the shift. Selection?
3 how can I reset the fuel economy. My replacement ECM has 850K on it. And it is locked into 6.6 MPG and I actually. Get 8.6 pencil and paper currently?
